Greenway Plaza Security Services
The mission of the Greenway Plaza Security Services department is to provide a safe and secure environment for our customers and visitors. At the heart of the department is Central Security Control, which is staffed 24 hours a day to dispatch calls for service. Officers patrol the campus on vehicle, bike and foot. Our services include access card issue, escorts to and from the garages, vehicle jump starts, and lost and found.
Access Card Issue
Access cards for garage and building access are issued from the Security Services office on the concourse level of 4 Greenway Plaza in suite C-900. Hours are Monday through1 Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Photos are taken from 8 AM to 4 PM. Call 713.966.3933 for assistance with your access card needs.

Security officer escorts are available 24 hours a day to and from your vehicle. To request an escort please call 713.965.2931, 5 to 10 minutes in advance.
Vehicle Jump Starts
Security services provide vehicle jump start assistance 24 hours a day. To request assistance please contact our Central Security Control center at 713.965.2931.
Lost and Found
Greenway Plaza Security has a lost and found depository located in 3 Greenway Plaza on the B-1 level. Items found throughout the complex are stored at this location. Please call 713.965.2931 to inquire about lost items or to report found items.
